Description:
It is a corticated lesion.

It is not a closed, unilocular cystic lesion; rather, it is continuous with and involves the incisive canal.
Differential Diagnosis
Nasopalatine Duct Cyst: The findings are consistent with this diagnosis due to the involvement of the incisive canal and the characteristic teardrop shape.
Radicular Cyst:
Distinguished from a nasopalatine cyst because a radicular cyst would appear as a closed, unilocular lesion.
A radicular cyst is associated with a non-vital tooth.
Investigations
Vitality Testing: This should be performed on the associated teeth (11, 21) to exclude a radicular cyst. If the teeth are vital, it supports a diagnosis of a nasopalatine cyst rather than a radicular cyst.
