For each case:

• Identify the key findings, including the patient’s dental age
• Develop a problem list
• Formulate differential diagnoses where appropriate
• Consider any additional investigations required
• Develop a management plan and justify your decisions.

Dot point answers are acceptable. Be prepared to discuss your reasoning during the tutorial.

Suggested Approach:

1. Describe the image/radiograph.
2. Identify relevant soft tissue findings.
3. Identify relevant hard tissue findings.
4. Estimate the patient’s dental age.
5. Develop a problem list.
6. Formulate differential diagnoses.
7. Consider additional investigations.
8. Develop a management plan.
