# DISCUSSION CASE ## Case description: 78-year-old Male presenting with asymptomatic lesion shown. He has been aware of the presence of the lesion over the last two years. His medical history is significant for hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and ischaemic heart disease. He is a past smoker and consumes six alcoholic drinks per day. ## Activity: 1.
