• Findings = supernumerary 52
  • 83: well demarcated yellow opacity on buccal surface
  • 63: Post eruptive breakdown cause from a tooth defect, could be a hypoplastic lesion
• Dental age : 3-5
• Management
  • Maxilary occlusal
    • you can wait until they are 4-5 as you’re not doing any maangement before that anyways
  • try to remineralize lesoins, can commit to kepeing tooth clean
