Findings :
- Dental age: 7 -8
- Upper lateral incisors: appear larger
- can be due to positioning of the OPG
- Double teeth in lower quadrants
- looks like fusion but we don’t know if htere were primary laterals or not
- two pulp chambers which makes it more likely to be fusion
can put restoration margins on sound enamel or within the defect
- could also rub with hypochlorite to reduce organic content but it has unknown efficacy
